Swans were our inspiration in art class this week! The students used the sight-size method of drawing at the easels to draw a swan in graphite on white paper. We’re already dreaming of spring, and this week we drew beautiful flowers! The students used the comparative method of drawing to draw a flower large-scale on a piece of black paper. Using our sight-size method of drawing at the easels, the students sketched 2 pears in pencil on canvas paper and then painted the pears with acrylic paints. Great job!
