Still Life Pastel Drawing or Oil Painting Class for Adults

In this class, students will learn about the essentials for creating dimensional, life-like still life drawings or paintings, including shape, composition, value, edges, and color temperature.  Students can choose whether to focus on pastel or oil paint.  We will also examine the practical issues of color mixing and basic color theory.  All experience levels, including beginners, are welcome!  min 2 / max 5

When:  Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, November 27 – December 18   

Cost:  $140 for 4 classes

Painting Party Workshops

Painting Party Workshops are a fun way for a group to enjoy painting together!  I can accommodate all levels of experience, from students who have never painted before to others who are more experienced.  We can paint all kinds of different subject matter.  At this painting party, we painted a vase of tulips.  Everyone did a great job, and we had a wonderful time!

Here’s how it works: You find the location.  It could be your house, church, or community center.  You bring the food and drinks.  I’ll bring the art supplies, and we’ll each paint a painting together step by step!
